This lot comprises a collection of vintage Scalextric slot car racing equipment and accessories, manufactured by Tri-ang / Minimodels Ltd. of Havant, Hampshire. The assortment includes several vehicles, such as a green open-top racing car numbered 9 in its original cardboard box, a green racer numbered 7 in a clear plastic display case, a blue Elf Tyrrell-style Formula 1 car numbered 3, and a cased black racing car. A substantial quantity of black plastic track sections is present, featuring various curved and straight pieces. Associated accessories include a black plastic Dunlop bridge marked Record 64, green plastic supports embossed with Bridge Pillar, red plastic track supports, a quantity of white plastic safety fencing, and a yellow hand controller with attached wiring. A group of loose mechanical spares is included, such as axles, gears, and wheels with yellow hubs and black rubber tyres. Documentation consists of several original period items: a Tri-ang Scalextric Race Tracks booklet marked First Edition 1960, a Tri-ang Scalextric Miniature Electric Motor Racing Instruction Manual, and a blue Scalextric Model Motor Racing brochure. The manufacturer marks for Tri-ang and Minimodels Ltd. are clearly visible on the packaging, literature, and accessories.
