This collection of light green pressed glassware is decorated with a relief pattern of butterflies and flowers set against a stippled ground, a design attributed to Sowerby. The assortment comprises an oval tray with a scalloped edge, a lidded circular trinket pot featuring a butterfly finial, a pair of low-profile candlesticks with butterfly-wing handles, and a small oval dish. Included in the lot is a separate footed vase with a ruffled rim and a diamond-quilted pattern to the body. All pieces are rendered in a translucent green glass. There are no visible maker marks or labels.
