A collection of approximately sixteen pieces of Wedgwood ceramics, comprising various Jasperware and hand-painted bone china items. The Jasperware selection includes a large pale blue wall charger decorated with a circular frieze of white bas-relief classical figures and trees, two sage green bud vases with classical relief decoration, one flared blue Jasperware vase, and one circular blue Jasperware lidded trinket box featuring a grapevine relief border. The bone china component features six octagonal-rimmed shallow bowls, each hand-painted with a distinct floral study including poppies, pansies, roses, and primroses. The bases of these bowls bear a green printed mark of the Portland Vase over the text Wedgwood, Metallised, Bone China, Made in England. Each is further inscribed by hand in black ink Hand Painted by Olive Martin and carries various alphanumeric codes such as 1 B S 88, 3 B S 87, and 4034. One bowl carries a gold rectangular paper label stating A Member of the Wirral Guild of Craftsmen. Additionally, the lot includes five pieces of bone china decorated with a colourful floral pattern and a green and gold Greek key border, comprising a bulbous vase, a lidded circular jar, a small oval trinket dish, a footed urn-shaped spill vase, and a small vase with a matching saucer.
