A Wedgwood bone china dinner and tea service in the Cornucopia pattern, produced as part of the Bicentenary Celebration in 1996. The set is crafted from white bone china with a neoclassical design featuring dark navy blue borders and gilded rims. The decorative scheme includes ochre-toned scrolled foliate patterns, vines, and mythical creatures. The mugs feature a more concentrated dark-ground version of this pattern. The collection includes serving pieces consisting of a large lidded soup tureen on an oval stand, a large oval serving platter, and a sauce boat with a separate oval underplate. The tea service components comprise a teapot and lid, a lidded sugar bowl, a creamer, and several mugs. The tableware includes multiple dinner plates, salad plates, side plates, rimmed soup bowls, and saucers. Each piece bears a blue printed mark to the base: BICENTENARY, a script signature J Wedgwood, CELEBRATION, CORNUCOPIA, WEDGWOOD, BONE CHINA, MADE IN ENGLAND, and copyright WEDGWOOD 1996.
