A trio of Bourne Denby glazed stoneware items from the Danesby Ware range, featuring the distinctive mottled Electric Blue glaze. The set consists of a tall, cylindrical pitcher with a stepped foot and scrolled handle; a globular-shaped vase with a wide-rimmed neck; and a slender, tapering vase with a flared rim and a small side loop handle. Each piece is decorated with a high-gloss blue glaze showing vertical streaks, finished with a contrasting dark brown glaze to the rims and foot rings. The bases of the vessels are marked with the hand-painted script Danesby Ware and the stamped Bourne Denby England mark. Some bases also feature impressed letters including D, A, and V.
