This collection of writing instruments and desk items primarily features pens from the Parker Pen Company. Included are three Parker 51 fountain pens: one with a grey barrel and gold-filled cap, one with a burgundy barrel and lustraloy cap, and a third horizontal model with a black barrel and textured lustraloy cap. These pens feature the characteristic hooded nib and arrow clip. Also present is a Parker 45 Flighter three-piece set comprising a fountain pen, ballpoint pen, and mechanical pencil, all in brushed stainless steel with gold-tone clips and trim. An all-metal brushed stainless steel Parker Jotter ballpoint pen is included. The assortment also contains two antique propelling pencils: a hexagonal brass model with engine-turned leaf patterns and a silver-tone metal pencil with a pocket clip. Accompanying the pens are several desk accessories: a brass Acme Thunderer whistle manufactured by J. Hudson and Company, a turned dark wood desk seal handle, and a folding magnifying glass with a wire frame and its original, worn fabric pouch.
