A 58-piece silver-plated flatware service for eight persons from the Parish Collection by Viners. This Viscount canteen features the classic Bead pattern, defined by a continuous row of small raised beads along the edge of each handle. The set is complete for eight place settings and consists of eight table knives, eight table forks, eight dessert knives, eight dessert forks, eight dessert spoons, eight soup spoons, eight teaspoons, and two table spoons. The knife blades are marked with the Viners name and lion logo. Internal gold-tone plaques within the box state the set is from the Parish Collection, silver-plated in Sheffield. The flatware is presented in its original mahogany-finished wooden canteen box with a hinged lid and a fitted dark blue velvet-lined interior. Included is the original paperwork for the Viners Tabletop Collection and a layout guide dated January 1998.
