This lot comprises a group of natural history specimens presented in a three-sectioned cardboard storage box. The collection includes a large quantity of marine shells of various species. The left compartment contains numerous small gastropod and bivalve shells in shades of cream, grey, and brown. The right compartment holds larger specimens including bivalves and gastropods in various colours. The central section features a prominent specimen of brain coral (order Scleractinia) and a ridged fossil fragment, likely a section of a rudist or similar ancient marine organism. Also included is a small piece of dark, porous volcanic rock and several weathered shell fragments. Two vintage cardboard matchboxes are present in the central compartment, featuring red Hebrew text. One box is marked with the word Tiv-i, meaning Natural, and the numbers 5, 2, and 00. The second box displays a red starred border and the number 100. A small red plastic container is located in the lower-left corner of the box.
