This collection of silver and vanity items comprises a spoon, a shoehorn, and a vesta case presented in a wooden box. The sterling silver spoon has a plain handle and an oval bowl. Hallmarks on the reverse include the crown for Sheffield, the lion passant, the date letter f for 1898, and the maker mark W&H for Walker and Hall. The shoehorn features an embossed sterling silver handle decorated with scrolling foliage and shells. The handle is hallmarked for Birmingham, 1920, with the anchor, lion passant, date letter v, and the maker mark L&S for Levi and Salaman. The shoehorn blade is constructed from steel and is stamped with the word STEEL. Also included is a rectangular vesta case with engine-turned diagonal ribbing, a hinged lid, and a suspension loop; this item lacks visible hallmarks and appears to be white metal. The presentation box is made of wood with a multi-coloured striped veneer and a deep red velvet lining.
