A hand-blown studio glass vase of tapered cylindrical form produced by Uredale Glass. The exterior features a marbled decoration with an aqueous colour palette of turquoise, teal, and sea-green, punctuated by irregular dark blue or black swirled lines. The glass contains small, intentional internal air bubbles known as seeds which are characteristic of hand-worked glass. The rim is thick and slightly irregular, and the base features a ground and polished pontil mark. The base retains a rectangular paper label with a stylised line drawing of a glassblower and the text UREDALE GLASS.
