A vintage Walt Disney novelty character teapot produced in Japan. The teapot is designed as a thatched-roof cottage, with the figure of Snow White forming the handle and a stone-effect chimney serving as the spout. The removable lid is surmounted by a seated figure of Dopey. The item is constructed from glazed ceramic and features hand-painted polychrome details. The underside of the base bears a printed mark reading © DISNEY JAPAN. It also retains an original clear adhesive label which reads This teapot can be used for serving hot liquids.
