Buyer's Premium:

A traditional Caucasian kindjal, also known as a qama, dating to the late 19th or early 20th century. The weapon features a straight, double-edged forged steel blade with a prominent central fuller. The hilt is of characteristic waisted or H-form, constructed from a dark organic material, likely horn or wood, and secured to the tang by steel rivets. One rivet head is visible on the pommel. Faint traces of incised decorative patterns are present on the grip surfaces. The accompanying scabbard consists of a wooden core covered in dark leather, retaining a metal locket fitting at the throat and a small suspension loop. No maker marks or inscriptions are legible due to heavy surface oxidation.
