A mixed collection of British ceramics featuring Ringtons blue and white transferware and royal commemorative items. The lot contains two octagonal lidded jars decorated with topographical views of Durham Cathedral, Selby Abbey, York Minster, and Carlisle Cathedral, bordered with shell and scrolling foliage motifs. A white porcelain coronation teapot for Queen Elizabeth II features a central portrait medallion within a floral wreath and a cobalt blue band with gold scale patterning. A large rounded teapot in bone china is decorated with wide cobalt bands and a repeating gold peacock eye motif, finished with gilt handles and spout. Also present is a domed mauve lid with hand-painted raised enamels depicting flowers and swallows in flight, topped with a clear globular finial and a white dotted border at the rim. The assortment includes small teacups and saucers with hand-tinted bird transfers, one of which bears a handwritten paper label reading from the floor at when by Dad. Further items comprise a Blue Willow pattern creamer with lid, a rectangular lidded box with cottage decoration, and a blue floral chintz-style teapot.
