A lot comprising two teddy bears manufactured by the German firm Steiff. The first is a traditional jointed teddy bear featuring golden-brown mohair fur and a navy blue satin bow tie. This bear is distinguished by multi-coloured floral and paisley patterned fabric pads on the paws and feet in shades of orange, green, blue, and gold. It is fitted with brown plastic safety eyes and a brown hand-stitched nose and mouth. The bear retains its original white fabric ear tag with red text, secured by a gold-toned metal button, which reads Made in Germany by Steiff KNOPF IM OHR. The second item is a Steiff Charly dangling (Schlenker) teddy bear, model number 012822. This bear is constructed from soft cream-coloured plush fur with tan plush paw and foot pads, black safety eyes, and a black plush nose. It retains the original yellow fabric ear tag with red text and gold-toned button, alongside a circular white card chest tag inscribed Since 1880 Steiff Original Charly. This bear is accompanied by its original Steiff BEST FOR KIDS product information booklet.
