A Moeck Bass Recorder, crafted from light-colored wood with a visible grain, disassembled into several sections. The instrument features cork tenons and brass ferrules on some sections, along with minimal brass keywork. The manufacturer’s name, “MOECK, ” is clearly stamped on one main body section. It is housed within a brown, faux leather or vinyl-covered hard case with a fitted yellow foam interior. Accompanying accessories include a multi-colored fuzzy cleaning swab, a white cleaning cloth on a string and rod, a bent silver-toned metal bocal, and a wooden cap.
