A pair of Royal Doulton glazed porcelain figurines, comprising ‘Rose’ (HN.1368) and ‘Marie’ (HN.1375). The ‘Rose’ figurine depicts a young woman in a tiered, ruffled gown in shades of coral and pink. The ‘Marie’ figurine features a young woman in an off-the-shoulder purple and pink ombré dress. Both figures have light hair styled in ringlets and a demure, downward gaze. The underside of each base is marked ‘Potted by Doulton & Co’, with the Royal Doulton crown and lion mark, ‘ENGLAND’, and their respective model numbers HN.1368 and HN.1375. Additional visible marks include ‘111’, ‘221’, and ‘G.P.M.’.
