A WWII British MkII Brodie Helmet, featuring a rounded, bowl-shaped metal shell with a wide, flat brim, finished in an olive drab paint. The interior contains a multi-component lining system, comprising a dark suspension, possibly leather, and a woven fabric chin strap in a khaki tone. Stamped into the interior metal shell are the numbers “858” and “1939,” with a partially legible marking, possibly “C.L./C., ” above them.
