A single carved stone decorative vessel, often referred to in the market as an Egyptian or classical style alabaster vase. The piece is constructed from banded calcite or onyx marble, exhibiting alternating horizontal layers of opaque creamy white and translucent tan or beige material. The form features a bulbous body tapering to a narrow neck, surmounted by a wide, flattened disc-like rim, and supported by a flared circular foot. The surface is polished, consistent with carved stone work. No visible text, maker’s marks, or date inscriptions are present.
