A collection of seventeen (17) items of decorative arts, ceramics, and ephemera, generally dating from the Mid-20th Century onward. The ceramic items include a large, tall white vase featuring embossed floral and leaf patterns; a white ceramic pitcher or creamer; a large white oval bowl designed with a basket-weave motif; and a two-piece white ceramic butter dish set decorated with a raised, gilt-accented rose motif. Also present are two small ceramic figurines, a painted floral dish with a blue scalloped rim, a dark brown/black glazed bowl, and a small green/brown glazed bowl marked on the underside W. GERMANY 887-14. Non-ceramic items include a dark stained carved wooden mask or bust and a decorative gold-toned hexagonal metal structure, possibly a lantern or pagoda. The ephemera consists of three matted black and white photographs depicting interior scenes, one small piece of white crumpled fabric, and one military assembly consisting of a bronze-toned medal attached to a white satin ribbon bearing the Royal Artillery motto, QUO FAS ET GLORIA DUCUNT (Whither right and glory lead).
