This collection of banknotes comprises various issues from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway. The British currency includes a Bank of England Ten Shillings note in red-brown featuring a Britannia vignette, serial number C57 124757, with the signature of K. O. Peppiatt. There are three green Bank of England One Pound notes with Britannia vignettes: two bearing the signature of L. K. O’Brien with serial numbers S26K 215721 and S26K 215730, and one with the signature of K. O. Peppiatt with serial number 05K 166346. The group also contains two Bank of England One Pound notes featuring the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II (Series C), one with serial number C42T 322877 signed by J. S. Fforde and another with serial number BY03 002684 signed by J. B. Page. A later Series D One Pound note is included, serial number K27 637126, signed by J. B. Page. International issues include a Swiss 20 Francs note from the Banque Nationale Suisse, dated 5 Juli 1956, printed in blue and multicolour with a portrait of General Dufour, serial number 053148. Additionally, there are two Norwegian 10 Ti Kroner notes dated 1966 in orange, featuring the portrait of Christian Michelsen, with serial numbers I.0115865 and I.0115825.
