A heart-shaped locket constructed from sterling silver and 9-carat gold, suspended from a fine curb link chain. The front of the locket is engraved with the sentiment Always in my Heart and features a single small diamond set within a star-shaped mount. The locket opens on a hinge to reveal a blue lined interior containing a small, suspended heart-shaped charm in 9-carat gold. The bail is stamped with the marks 925, 375, and DIA.
