This lot comprises a French 50 Francs silver coin dated 1977, mounted as a pendant within a decorative bezel and suspended from a box-link chain. The obverse of the coin features the Hercules group design by Augustin Dupré, depicting Hercules standing between the personifications of Liberty and Equality, with the legend LIBERTÉ ÉGALITÉ FRATERNITÉ and the signature Dupré visible at the base. The reverse is inscribed RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE surrounding the denomination 50 FRANCS and the date 1977 within a laurel and oak wreath. The coin is set into a circular bezel mount with a diagonal engine-turned pattern to the border. The pendant is attached to a box-link chain which is secured with a bolt ring clasp.
