A mid-20th-century ladies sterling silver bracelet watch by Atlantic. The watch features a circular dial with an iridescent deep purple and blue finish, applied silver-tone baton hour markers, and is signed atlantic and 17 JEWELS. The movement is a 17 jewel manual wind mechanism. The watch is integrated into a wide sterling silver bracelet of Brutalist design, featuring heavy-cast organic-form links with a textured bark-like finish and openwork detailing. The bracelet is secured with a folding clasp. The case back is stamped 0,925 within a rectangle, accompanied by a diamond-shaped maker mark and the German state hallmark of a crown and crescent moon. Two further indistinct oval marks are present. The clasp bears matching 0,925 and maker marks.
