A collection of walking sticks and canes presented in a cylindrical woven wicker stand. The group includes a sterling silver-mounted walking stick featuring a curved wooden crook handle and a smooth dark wood shaft. The silver collar is struck with hallmarks for Kendrick and Sons Ltd, Birmingham, 1907. Also included is a rustic souvenir walking stick with a knotty natural wood shaft decorated with four metal shields for the National Tractor and Engine Museum, Cheddar Gorge, Weston-super-Mare, and Otterburn Mill, Northumberland. A further stick features a dark-stained wood handle in a pistol or hatchet shape, inlaid with four mother-of-pearl segments in a leaf pattern, above a spiral-carved shaft with mother-of-pearl dot inlays. Completing the set is a bamboo-style cane with a curved crook handle and metal collar, and a rustic natural wood staff with a drilled hole for a wrist strap.
