This lot consists of two silver items representing different eras of personal history. The first item is a mid-20th-century British competition medal, dated 1962. The obverse features a central oval embossed with the year above a banner marked N.S.C.A., which is attributed to the National Small-bore Rifle Association. The reverse is stamped SILVER alongside the maker mark HH, associated with H. Hunt. The medal is suspended from a red silk ribbon with a brass pin fastener. The second item is a Swiss open-face pocket watch dating from the late 19th to early 20th century, circa 1890–1910. The case is crafted from .800 grade silver and bears the Swiss grouse hallmark and serial number 40569. The timepiece features a decorative white enamel dial with black Roman numeral hour markers and ornate gold-coloured floral highlights. The case exterior is heavily engraved with scrolling foliate patterns and a central vacant shield-shaped cartouche on the reverse.
