A pair of drinking horns in the Viking style, fashioned from polished buffalo horn. Each vessel is supported by an integral circular domed base of matching material. The first horn displays a variegated translucent amber and honey-brown colouration with dark linear markings, finished with a simple metal rim at the mouth. The second horn is of a darker, near-black tone featuring subtle grey and white marbling. Both pieces exhibit a smooth, polished surface finish highlighting the natural variations of the horn. These items are accompanied by a handwritten note stating Viking Buffalo Drinking Horns. No maker’s marks or hallmarks are present.
