A collection of antique and vintage woodworking hand tools, including wooden-bodied planes, bit braces, and a set of auger bits. The lot features approximately six wooden-bodied planes, including smoothing and moulding types, constructed from hardwood. One plane iron is incised with the number 2 beneath a cross-shaped symbol. A wooden wedge is partially stamped with the characters T . H, and the nose of a moulding plane displays a vertical stamp including the letter M. The drilling equipment consists of three metal hand-bit braces with wooden heads and grips, accompanied by a canvas tool roll containing approximately ten auger bits of various diameters. Also included are two try squares with wooden stocks and steel blades. The tools are of a style consistent with late 19th to early 20th-century British manufacture.
