A Victorian style console or hall table of rectangular form. The piece is constructed from solid pine featuring a dark stained finish. The solid wood top is composed of joined planks and finished with a moulded edge. The table is supported by four ring-turned legs that terminate in simple feet, joined to the apron with square blocks. The construction is characteristic of late 19th or early 20th-century British vernacular furniture.
