A set of flatware produced by the British manufacturer Webber and Hill in the Continental pattern. The service is manufactured from stainless steel with 24 carat gold plating. Each piece features a decorative relief of scrolled foliate and floral motifs along the handles. The collection is housed in its original fitted wooden canteen with a vibrant orange velvet-effect lining. The reverse of the flatware is stamped WEBBER AND HILL, CONTINENTAL, and GOLD PLATED. The interior of the case contains a black and gold foil label reading WEBBER AND HILL continental ROYAL GOLD PLATE 24 CARAT GOLD PLATED. The service includes dinner knives, side knives, dinner forks, dessert forks, soup spoons, dessert spoons, and various serving pieces. Original manufacturer care instructions are included.
