A collection of books featuring a three-volume set of The Diary of Samuel Pepys, published by the Folio Society. The volumes cover the years 1660-1663, 1664-1666, and 1667-1669, and are bound in blue publisher’s cloth with gilt-stamped titles and decorative motifs to the spines. The set is housed in an illustrated slipcase depicting a panoramic view of London with a winged figure. The group also includes several other Folio Society titles: Under Milk Wood by Dylan Thomas in red cloth; Hassan in dark blue cloth with gilt lettering; The Grand Tour with a landscape-illustrated spine; and The Oregon Trail by Francis Parkman, which features patterned boards and a brown cloth spine with gilt decoration. Additionally, the collection contains Ode on the Coronation of King Edward VII by William Watson, published circa 1902, bound in tan paper-covered boards with gilt-stamped lettering to the upper board.
