A collection of hand-worked textile items comprising framed embroidered pictures and various needlework bell pulls. The framed works feature surface embroidery and crewelwork on linen grounds, depicting a range of British garden birds including bullfinches, goldfinches, blue tits, and wrens amongst seasonal flora such as thistles and blossoms. These are presented in uniform narrow black frames with gilt-effect inner beads. The group also includes needlework bell pulls executed in cross-stitch and needlepoint on canvas grounds. These textiles display woodland-themed motifs including foxes, deer, pheasants, and capercaillies, alongside floral designs featuring poppies and a figurative scene of a girl in folk-style attire. One bell pull is fitted with a decorative cast metal hanger.
