A significant collection of approximately twelve antique and vintage smoking pipes and related components. The collection features a Victorian figural meerschaum pipe finely carved as a female bust with detailed hair, featuring a silver-tone decorative ferrule and a detached translucent amber stem, presented in its original purple velvet-lined leather case. Also included is a large Orientalist figural meerschaum pipe depicting a bearded man in an elaborate jewelled turban with polychrome accents and a wooden stem. A classic billiard-shape briar pipe is housed in a red velvet-lined case marked BB Vienna within a diamond logo. The lot further comprises a classic calabash pipe with a natural gourd body, meerschaum bowl insert, and vulcanite stem; a Continental porcelain hunting pipe bowl with a pierced metal wind cap and decorative green cord with ceramic beads; a modern blue-finished pipe; and an oversized rustic briar bowl. Various loose amber and vulcanite replacement stems are included.
