A trio of hand-painted composite resin figurines depicting archetypal figures of the American West, in the style of those manufactured by Urbalabs. The collection comprises a moustachioed cowboy figure carrying a saddle and a rolled bedroll, a standing figure bearing a strong resemblance to actor John Wayne in his characteristic red shirt and black waistcoat, and a Native American figure in an elaborate feathered war bonnet and traditional robes holding a ceremonial pipe. Each character is mounted on a textured integral base; the central cowboy figure features a black octagonal plinth, whilst the others stand on simulated rocky terrain. The pieces are finished with a realistic palette and detailed moulding to suggest various textures including leather, cloth, and plumage. There are no visible maker’s marks or signatures present on the figurines.
