A collection of five vintage horror and supernatural-themed magazines published in the United Kingdom by the New English Library (Times Mirror). The group comprises: Dracula (Volume 1, Number 2), featuring the artwork of Esteban Maroto; Castle of Horror (Volume 1, Number 5), featuring Morbius – The Last Fight; Demon! (Number 1), introducing Satana – the Devil’s Daughter; Demon! (Volume 1, Number 2), featuring Gabriel: The House of Brimstone; and Tales of Terror (Volume 1, Number 5), featuring the origin of Simon Garth. These magazines are notable for reprinting Marvel Comics horror material and Spanish horror art in a large-format style for the British market. Each issue features vibrant painted cover art depicting various horror and dark fantasy motifs.
