A pair of ceramic table lamps featuring the distinctive drip glazes associated with the Canadian manufacturer Blue Mountain Pottery. The collection comprises two differing forms. The first lamp is of twin-handled amphora or urn shape, raised on a pedestal foot with a dark brown base and handles transitioning into a deep forest green drip-glazed body. The second lamp is of globular form with a tiered or stepped collar, finished in a turquoise and dark green drip glaze with a characteristic iridescent metallic lustre around the lower section. Both items are fitted with brass BC (bayonet cap) bulb holders and have been rewired with modern white plastic-coated electrical flex, in-line switches, and standard UK three-pin plugs. No maker’s marks are visible on the exterior of the ceramic bodies.
