A set of six German .800 silver teaspoons featuring scrolled and foliate decoration to the handles. The bowls exhibit a gold-wash finish, though they are currently obscured by significant tarnish. The reverse of each handle is struck with the national German hallmarks of a crescent moon and crown, alongside the silver fineness mark 800 and the arrow maker mark for Wilhelm Binder of Schwäbisch Gmünd. The set is presented in its original fitted case with a marbled faux-leather exterior. The interior of the lid is gilt-stamped with the retailer details: B. Carstens, Uhrmacher – Juwelier, JEVER, and features a Garantie Ankra mark.
