A mid-century modern art glass bowl featuring an asymmetric teardrop or heart-shaped profile. The bowl is made from heavy, thick-walled glass in a smoky grey tint, which displays a deeper charcoal tone at the thickened rim. The form incorporates a deep circular central well and tapers to a defined point. The underside features a ground and polished circular base. The piece is characteristic of Scandinavian design from the 1950s or 1960s, closely resembling works by designers such as Per Lutken for Holmegaard or Kaj Franck for Nuutajarvi. No maker’s marks or signatures were observed.
