A porcelain figurine of a dancer, titled At the Ball, produced by the Carl Scheidig factory in Gräfenthal, Germany. The figure is depicted in a dynamic Art Deco pose, holding out the voluminous hem of a flowing gown. The dress is finished with a pale off-white to light green ombré glaze, while the skin tones on the face, chest, and arms have a matte bisque finish. The figurine features short blonde hair and delicate painted facial features, with gold-painted accents on the shoes and bodice. The dancer stands on a circular, tiered pedestal base. The underside of the base bears a red factory backstamp consisting of a crown over a stylized CP monogram above the date 1859. It also features the incised model number 1946, the number 2, and the word Germany in lowercase script. A handwritten decorator mark 07 is present in red paint.
