A glazed earthenware vase of tiered geometric modernist form, belonging to the Marion collection by Ditmar Urbach. The vessel features a cylindrical base, a wider rounded rectangular midsection, and a cylindrical neck. The body is finished in a glossy cream-coloured glaze, decorated with vertical pours of thick dark forest green to black glaze that drip from the shoulder toward the base. Small accents of the same dark glaze are present on the lower cylindrical section. The underside bears the stamped factory mark of a sailing ship within a circle, with the words Made in Czechoslovakia in an arc below. Additional stamped or impressed marks include the numbers 12 and 5.
