A collection of 20th-century art glass, featuring pieces of Swedish and European origin. The group includes a large clear glass bowl with a flared rim and weighted base, decorated with a thick internal ribbon of deep blue glass trailing from the rim through the body and base. Also included is a tall, slender clear glass cylinder vase with frosted horizontal etched bands to the lower section. The collection further comprises several solifleur or bud vases with heavy, weighted bulbous bases and tapered necks. These bud vases are executed in various colours including cranberry red, emerald green, pale blue, clear, and dark green. Several examples feature controlled bubble decoration, known as bullicante, within the solid glass bases. One bud vase retains a circular gold foil label for Hovmantorp, marked Swedish Art Glass with a central H motif. Another vase carries a blue and silver label marked Handmade Foreign.
