A collection of three writing instruments from the Cross Classic Century line, comprising two separate boxed sets. All pieces are constructed from lustrous chrome-plated metal featuring a fine-ribbed engine-turned finish and the signature slim profile with black conical tops. The first set contains a single ballpoint pen with a twist-action deployment mechanism, housed in its original dark green presentation case with a cream-coloured lining and clear plastic protective sleeve. The second set is a two-piece collection consisting of a matching ballpoint pen and a mechanical pencil, both with twist-action mechanisms, presented in a black and silver Cross-branded box with a grey plastic internal divider. The pocket clips of all three instruments are engraved with the Cross brand name. Markings on the presentation boxes include the gold-printed text Cross Since 1846 on the interior of the green lid and the brand name on the silver-toned lid of the larger box.
