This collection includes an assortment of vintage instruments and personal accessories. A Swiss-made military pocket watch by Leonidas features a white dial with black Arabic numerals and a subsidiary seconds dial at the six o’clock position. The dial is marked Leonidas and Swiss Made, and the hands are skeletonised with aged luminous material. The reverse of the chrome-plated case is engraved with the British military marks GS/TP, a broad arrow pheon, and the serial number 085650. A French-made curvimeter, identified as The Universal Map Measurer, is constructed from nickel or chrome-plated metal and features dual scales for inches to miles and centimetres to kilometres. It is housed in its original two-piece cardboard box. The group also contains an English pocket compass by Merit, set in a black bakelite case with a screw-top lid bearing the maker’s name. A small two-draw brass monocular telescope is included, presented in a black leather case with the number 20 embossed on the end cap. Personal items comprise a pair of Bugatti folding aviator-style sunglasses with dark purple gradient lenses and a black textured semi-hard case, alongside a chrome-plated retractable ballpoint pen with a textured grip and a brown leather slipcase.
