A large decorative sphere crafted from natural jasper, possibly Willow Creek or Picture Jasper. The specimen is characterised by sedimentary-like banding in a palette of earthy tones, including beige, tan, and ochre, with dark chocolate-brown veins and dendritic iron-rich inclusions. The stone has been worked into a spherical form and finished with a high-gloss polish. This item is attributed to the late 20th century or contemporary period. No maker marks or signatures are visible.
