A vintage Star Wars AT-AT (Imperial All Terrain Armoured Transport) vehicle manufactured by Palitoy for the UK and European markets. This example was released during the Return of the Jedi film era. The vehicle is constructed from light grey moulded plastic and features a battery-operated mechanism designed to produce light and sound effects. Mechanical features include an opening cockpit canopy, a side troop access door, and a manual head-control handle located within the main body. The underside of the cockpit canopy hatch bears the embossed copyright mark © LFL 1980. The interior side of the side door is marked with the production characters A 1086 008. The toy is housed in its original multi-language Tri-Logo style box with text in French, English, Dutch, and Italian. The box is marked Fabriqué en Angleterre (Made in England). Included with the vehicle are the two side-mounted head cannons and two chin guns, one of which is moulded in translucent yellowed plastic. The internal cardboard support packaging is present.
