This collection of decorative metalware comprises several items of Middle Eastern and European Classical Revival design. The lot includes a Turkish-style brass spice mill of cylindrical form with incised horizontal bands and a folding iron crank handle with a brass knob. A set of wind chimes features seven brass tubes suspended by cord from a domed crown with decorative perforated cut-outs. A circular brass ashtray is decorated with etched foliate and scrolling motifs against a darkened ground. A substantial cast metal wall bracket exhibits an ornate scrolling foliate design terminating in a stylized dragon head. Further items include a turned brass lamp stem and a separate tripod-style cast metal base decorated with acanthus leaf motifs. Also included is a cardboard box containing a quantity of small cast brass C-shaped hardware components showing remnants of white material.
