A collection of three decorative art glass items. The primary piece is a mid-century modern ‘Knobbly’ range glass bowl, pattern number 9544, designed by William Wilson and Alan Dyer for Whitefriars. The bowl is hand-blown into a mould using golden amber glass, which appears deeper in tone at the thickest points. The design features a flared rim and a deep, five-lobed base that creates a sculptural, textured appearance. The underside has a ground and polished circular pontil mark. Included in the lot is a small, shell-shaped decorative glass ornament featuring an opaque white and deep purple swirled pattern with a pulled spiral tip. The final item is a clear glass paperweight containing an internal architectural design consisting of a central vertical spire surrounded by two horizontal tiered glass discs.
