A late 20th-century cold-cast resin sculpture by Crosa, depicting an intimate and romantic scene of a man and woman in a kneeling embrace. The male figure is shown leaning towards the neck of the female figure, who has her head tilted back in a pose of abandon. A length of flowing drapery is sculpted between and around the figures, extending down to an integral base which is textured with a foliate, leaf-like pattern. The piece is finished with a dark, bronzed-effect patina. An incised mark is present on the rear edge of the base, reading © Crosa. The work is executed in a romantic realist style characteristic of decorative gallery pieces from the late 1990s and early 2000s.
