Saturday 11th April - Lladro & Royal Doulton & Worcester Figurine Sale
A collection of three decorative porcelain plates manufactured by Lladró in Valencia, Spain. Each plate features a central unglazed white bisque porcelain medallion decorated with a figurative scene in bas-relief, set within a pale mauve glazed rim. The set includes model 16158 Friends (Platito Niña Gatitos) depicting a young girl with kittens, model 16159 Apple Picking (Platito Lo Ajeno) showing a girl reaching into a tree, and a third scene of a girl with a basket of flowers. The reverse of each plate is marked with the blue printed factory mark LLADRÓ HAND MADE IN SPAIN and the copyright DAISA 1993. These pieces represent the delicate craftsmanship and soft colour palettes characteristic of the factorys late 20th-century production. Dimensions: Diameter approximately 10 cm each.
