An assortment of vintage decorative brassware comprising various ornamental and functional objects. The collection features a cast brass ewer, also known as an aftaba, with a bulbous body and pedestal base, decorated with etched floral and foliate motifs and fitted with a hinged domed lid. Included is a rectangular mixed-metal tea caddy with a domed lid, exhibiting an embossed pebble-textured surface and reinforced with vertical metal straps and copper-toned rivets. The front of the caddy bears a plaque inscribed TEA, and the interior is fitted with a wooden-lined lid and a dark metal-lined base. The group also contains a cast brass figurine of a blacksmith standing with an anvil, and several animal figurines including a standing horse, a seated fox or dog, and a smaller standing spaniel-type dog. A miniature carriage with spoked wheels and a matching harness element are present. The collection is completed by a long brass toasting fork featuring a pierced trefoil handle and a figural bird terminal.
