A collection of Homepride Fred advertising ceramics comprising a limited edition figurine and two condiment jars. The figurine, titled Freds Scary Story, was produced by Wade England for Key Kollectables Ltd in 2004 as part of a Halloween series. It depicts the Homepride Fred mascot wearing a black suit and bowler hat, holding a book titled SCARY STORIES, accompanied by a small orange jack-o-lantern and a black cat. The underside of the figurine features printed marks including © 2004/TM CGPL, Homepride Freds Scary Story, Limited edition of 500, Key Kollectables Ltd, and the Wade England oval stamp. A small photograph of the figurine is included. The lot also contains two white glazed ceramic jars and lids of beehive form, each featuring rabbit-ear handles and a spoon slot. One jar is decorated with red and pink striped transfer prints featuring Fred and a chef character under blue Homepride banners. The second jar is decorated with black line-art transfer prints depicting Fred eating a biscuit and a chef character with a tray of baked goods.
